Sunrise over the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah Valley
July2003 Besides watching the birds while in Virginia, I spend quite a bit of time looking at the ever changing view of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge.Mountains. The lighted sign is at the Days Inn just above the 81 freeway, which runs through that hollow.
July2003 Allison and I are currently in Homer......Together no less! We are trying to buy a house and settle here in the far north. The Homer Spit is in the background. We are currently considering a couple of houses with wonderful views. I will be going back to VA for a few weeks in the near future. However, I hope to soon be returning to Homer and more importantly, to move into OUR house.
